This policy explains what information 11 Beyond Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("11 Beyond", "we") collects through elevenbeyond.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as we can. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we collect
When you send us a message. The contact form sends us your email address and your message. It is delivered to our inbox by email, and we use it only to reply to you.
When you join a waitlist. We store your email address, the product you signed up for and the time you signed up. We use it only to tell you about that product's launch.
When you rate the site. We store the score, the time, and a random ID that your browser creates so you can only rate once. The ID isn't linked to your name, email or IP address.
To stop spam. When you submit a form or a rating, we record a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to limit how many submissions can come from one network in an hour. We use these records for nothing else.
Visit statistics. We use Umami Analytics to count page views and a few events (such as a form being sent or a link being followed). It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors; it records only that a visit happened, the page, the referrer, and the browser and country in aggregate.
What we store in your browser
The site uses your browser's local storage, not cookies, for a few conveniences:
eb-ratingandeb-client-id: the rating you gave and the random ID described above.eb-waitlist-*: which waitlists you've joined, so the form says so.eb-preloader-seen: whether the intro animation has played this session. Cleared when you close the tab.
You can clear these at any time in your browser's settings.
Who processes it for us
- Google Cloud hosts the site and stores waitlist entries, ratings and spam-limit records.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Umami Software (cloud.umami.is) stores our anonymous visit statistics.
These providers may store data outside India. They process it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Waitlist entries are kept until the product launches or you ask us to remove you. Ratings are kept in anonymous form.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete any information we hold about you, or to take you off a waitlist. Write to contact@elevenbeyond.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
