These terms apply to elevenbeyond.com (the "site"), which is run by 11 Beyond Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("11 Beyond", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and why; it forms part of these terms.
What the site is for
The site introduces 11 Beyond and the products we're building. It's for information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a promise that a product will launch, or a commitment to a feature, a date or a price. Products described as "coming soon" or "in development" may change or may not ship at all.
Messages, waitlists and ratings
Contact form. When you send us a message, you confirm that you're entitled to share what you send and that it isn't unlawful, abusive or spam. We may reply, but we don't promise to.
Waitlists. Joining a waitlist records your interest in a product. It doesn't reserve a place, create an account, or guarantee access, pricing or a launch date. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to us.
Ratings. Ratings are anonymous and are used only to understand how people experience the site. We may display aggregate figures but never individual ratings tied to a person.
We limit how often forms can be submitted from one network to keep the site working for everyone. Please don't try to get around those limits, send automated submissions, or probe or disrupt the site or the services behind it.
Our content
The 11 Beyond name and logo, the text, artwork, animations, design and code of the site belong to 11 Beyond or our licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. Please don't copy, scrape, reproduce or reuse its content, branding or code without our written permission, except where the law allows (for example, fair dealing for review or private study). Fonts and open-source libraries used on the site remain under their own licences.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites and services, and some features are delivered by third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We don't control those sites or services and aren't responsible for their content or their terms.
No warranties
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current. Any reliance you place on the site's content is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, 11 Beyond and its directors, employees and partners aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms from time to time. When we change the terms we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them or to the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
